摘要
随着当前社会人口老龄化趋势呈现出不断上升的趋势,医院的离退休人员的数量也在与日俱增,因此,如何做好离退休人员的管理工作,已经逐渐的成为了当前社会人们所关注的重点内容。医院的离退休人员在职期间也曾为医院做出了较大的贡献,因此他们作为医院的一份子,对于医院的发展也发挥了不可替代的作用。因此,对于医院而言,更应该对其做好管理工作,以促进医院的可持续发展。基于此背景下,该文从做好医院离退休人员的管理工作的重要性入手,对做好离退休人员管理工作的具体措施进行探讨,以期对医院在今后的管理工作中提供可参考和借鉴价值。
With the ever-increasing social population aging trend, the number of the retired personnel in the hospital also increases, therefore, how to do a good job in the management work of the retired personnel has gradually become the key contents, and retired personnel in the hospital had made great contributions during their position, playing an irreplaceable role in the development of the hospital, therefore, the hospital should especially do a good job in management in order to promote the sustainable development of the hospital, based on the above, the paper studies the specific measures of how to do a good job in the management of the retired personnel starting from the importance of it in order to provide reference for the future management work in the hospital.
