摘要
采取灌输式的带教模式,具有明显的被动性,难以取得理想的带教效果。以实习学生为中心带教模式,就是全部带教内容、考核评估,都以实习学生为中心,仅仅围绕实习学生的需求进行带教工作。在采取以实习生为中心的带教模式之后,可明显转变实习生以往被动的实习状态。以实习生为中心的带教模式设计时,可采用名医工作室轮转制,定期开设实践教学沙龙,建立科学的临床实训制度。构建科学的临床带教模式,还需要将"以学生为中心"的临床带教模式应与传统模式相结合,只有这样使中医骨伤医学生带教工作找到一条体现人性化的、高效的临床带教模式。
