摘要
目的观察益气舒心丸对冠心病(CHD)病人经皮冠状动脉支架植入术(PCI)后左心室舒张功能的影响。方法将符合诊断标准的102例冠心病病人随机分为两组。对照组50例给予西医常规治疗,不加用任何具有益气或活血作用的中药或中成药;治疗组52例在西医治疗基础上加用益气舒心丸10g,每日2次。疗程均为6个月,观察治疗前后气虚证、血瘀证积分及彩色多普勒超声心动图测定左室舒张功能各指标变化。结果治疗组气虚证、血瘀证积分及彩色多普勒超声心动图测定左心室舒张功能较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气舒心丸可明显改善冠心病PCI术后病人气虚血瘀和左室舒张功能,治疗效果较单一常规方法好。
Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Shuxin pill （YSP） on left ventricular diastolic function in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods One hundred and two patients with CHD after PCI who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups：control group （ n = 50） treated with routine treatment,and treatment group （n = 52） treated with routine treatment plus YSP for 6 months.The scores of qi deficiency syndrome,blood stasis syndrome were observed before and after treatment. The changes of left ventricular diastolic function were measured by color Doppler ultrasound echocardiography. Results Compared with data before treatment,the scores of qi deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome were lower,and left ventricular diastolic function was improved in treatment group after treatment （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion YSP can improve the qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and the left ventricular diastolic function in patients with CHD after PCI.
