摘要
文章介绍了左右曲柄自动加工生产线的开发与研制。首先简述了曲柄制造行业国内外现状,其次分析了曲柄工件的结构特点及加工工艺,介绍了自动线组成、实施原则、关键技术和创新点,最后将国内外曲柄加工生产线技术水平进行了对比。通过用户的正常使用,证明了该生产线可靠性和先进性,对我国智能化生产线的研制具有重大意义。
This paper introduces the development and manufacture of automatic processing line of left and right crank. First introduced the crank manufacturing at home and abroad the status of the industry, followed by analysis of the structure characteristics and processing technology of crank parts, introduces the automatic line and the implementation of the principles, key technology and innovation, finally compares the level of technology at home and abroad crank processing production line. Through the normal use of the user, it is proved that the production line is reliable and advanced, which is of great significance to the development of the intelligent production line in China.
