摘要
针对目前汽车空调活塞加工生产效率低、产品不合格率高以及人力成本过高等问题,在深入剖析汽车空调活塞加工工艺的基础上,对数控机床加工上下料系统进行了研究,设计出将上下料机械手与数控机床一体化的组合机床,构建了一条汽车空调活塞加工的自动化生产线,并以信息化为载体,设计开发了介于企业上层计划管理层与底层车间之间的制造执行系统。该自动化生产线在追求经济性、实用性、先进性等目标基础上,以组合机床为主体,依托AGV小车运输系统、自动检测系统和制造执行系统等相互协调,实现加工过程的自动上下料、检测以及产品加工信息共享等功能。该方案已在企业中进行初步试行,具有生产工序紧凑、效率高、成本低、加工合格率高等优点,为实现柔性化加工提供一定的实践基础。
