摘要
目的:观察壮医药线点灸结合补阳还五汤治疗顽固性周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将60例顽固性周围性面瘫患者按照就诊先后顺序随机分为2组各30例,治疗组采用壮医药线点灸结合补阳还五汤治疗,对照组采用传统针灸治疗。具体疗程视病情而定,平均随访6个月。结果:治疗组痊愈18例,好转11例,无效1例,复发0例,总有效率为96.67%;痊愈病例疗程为29.55±4.83 d。对照组痊愈15例,好转10例,无效5例,复发1例,总有效率为84.33%,痊愈病例疗程为32.15±4.32 d。两组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组痊愈病例疗程比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组均未发生不良反应。结论:壮医药线点灸结合补阳还五汤治疗顽固性周围性面瘫与传统针灸治疗均具有较好疗效,但前者可缩短疗程,壮医药线点灸结合补阳还五汤可为顽固性周围性面瘫的治疗提供新选择。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect Zhuang medicated thread moxibustion and Buyang Huanwu on treatment for obstinate peripheral facial paralysis with decoction. Methods： 60 cases of obstinate peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the order of treatment （30 cases for each group）. The treatment group was treated with Zhuang medicated thread moxibustion and Buyang Huanwu decoction. Thirty cases in the control group were treated with traditional acupuncture. One course of treatment included 10 times therapies. Specific course of treatment depended on patients＂ condition with the average follow-up of 6 months. Results： The treatment group were cured in 18 cases, improved in 11 cases , and 1 case was ineffective,0 cases recurrent.The total effective rate was 96.67%, the recovery course was 29.55＋4.83 days; The control group was cured in 15 cases, improved in 10 cases, and 5 cases were ineffective, 1 case recurrent. The total effective rate was 84.33%; The recovery course was 31.15_＋4.32 days. There was no significant difference in clinical effect between the 2 groups （P〉0.05）. There was significant difference in the course of treatment for recovering cases between the 2 groups （P〈0.05）. No adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusions： It has good effect on treatment for obstinate peripheral facial paralysis with Zhuang medicated thread moxibustion and Buyang Huanwu decoction as well as traditional acupuncture. The combination of Zhuang medicated thread moxibustion and Buyang Huanwu decoction can shorten the course of treatment and provide new cure for obstinate peripheral facial paralysis.
