摘要
针对蒸压加气混凝土砌块生产过程中存在的问题,从节能、降耗、减排三方面提出了提高利废率、废浆料回收利用、蒸压釜节能技术、球磨机节能技术等绿色生产技术措施,以实现蒸压加气混凝土砌块的绿色化生产。
Based on the main problems in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks,the green production technology from the aspects of energy saving, consumption reducing and emission reduction are put forward ,such as improving waste utilization ,waste slurry recycling, autoclave energy saving technology, ball mill energy saving technology to achieve the green production of autoclaved aerated concrete block.
