摘要
以锑矿石选矿产生的锑尾矿渣(粒径≤0.2mm Sb≤0.08%)为主要原料,通过添加适量的石灰、水泥、磷石膏及铝粉加水搅拌、浇注料浆、发气预养和蒸压加气等工序处理后,生产出性能良好的建筑用混凝土砌块,以达到变废为宝,废物利用的目的。明确了制作工艺流程、参数及配方。实验制备的砌块(200×200×600mm)符合GB11968-2006的要求。
Antimony tailings produced during antimony ore beneficiation were used( diameter ≤0.2mm Sb ≤0.08% ) as the main raw material , and the proper proportion of lime, cement, gypsum and aluminum powder were added to mix with water. Through pouring slurry , gas pre hair after raising and autoclaved aerated and other processes, concrete block building with good performance was produced, which achieves the purpose of waste utilization. The production process, parameters and formula were clearly explained. The properties of the test blocks (20 × 20 × 60cm) can meet the requirements of GBl1968 - 2006.
