摘要
烟气固碳海水/卤水脱钙是一种可行的环境友好的技术。实验采用氨碱法生产纯碱工艺中排放的白泥为新型碱源,CO_2为沉淀剂,对不同烟道气通量、白泥用量与卤水高度及海水浓度对卤水脱钙率的影响做了研究。结果表明,实验条件下烟道气通量不宜过大,应保持为0.3~0.4 m^3/h;卤水高度对脱钙率影响不大;白泥用量应保证白泥中的镁和卤水中的钙物质的量比大于3∶1,且卤水pH≤9.1;人工海水体系中钙离子初始浓度越高,平衡时脱钙率越高;脱钙过程中卤水的pH不断下降。实验证明,价格低廉、来源广泛的白泥能够作为新型碱源应用于烟道气海水/卤水脱钙过程,且能取得理想的脱钙效果,为经济高效的烟道气海水脱钙新方法提供了数据基础。
Seawater decalcification by flue gas is a feasible eco-friendly technology.The white clay which was produced through the ammonia-soda process could be applied in the process of desalination as a new kind of alkali source,while using CO2as the precipitator during this experiment.The impacts of flux of synthesizing flue gas, residence time, the dosage of white clay, seawater height, and concentration, on the decalcification rate were studied.Results showed that the flux of the flue gas should be controlled at 0.3-0.4 m3/h ;the liquid column height had little impact on the decalcification rate;amount-of-substance ratio of magnesium in white clay to calcium in brine should be controlled to be over 3:1 and brine pH ≤ 9.1 ; moreover, the higher of the initial concentration of calcium ion in the brine was,the higher the decalcification rate will be at balance;the brine's pH will decrease continuously in the process of decalcification.The experiment proved that the widely available, and inexpensive white clay can be used as a new kind of alkali source in the process of seawater decalcification and the study has offered a large variety of basic data for an effective method to decalcify with the flue gas.
