摘要
为避免海水淡化过程中,钙垢引起设备腐蚀和效率的下降,利用立体旋液式并流塔为操作元件,以模拟烟道气中的CO2作为沉淀剂脱除海水中Ca2+,考察了不同因素的影响。结果表明,优化条件为,模拟烟道气中CO2的体积分数10.6%,液气比(海水与模拟烟道气的体积比)21.3,p H为7.9,晶种Ca CO3的加入量为质量分数5%,碱液加入的位置为2块塔板处,每个塔板各设2个加碱口,碱液加入的方式为直接加入式,无需养晶过程。在此条件下海水中Ca2+的脱除率在70 min时能达到87%左右,且能获得较为纯净的副产物Ca CO3。
In the seawater decalcification process,formation of calcium scale can lead to problems such as equipment corrosion and low efficiency. To avoid the problem,we removed the calcium ions using carbon dioxide in the simulated flue gas as precipitator and investigated the effects of different factors. The research was generated by the equipment of the stereoscopic and swirl parallel flow tower. Finally the best process was determined that flow ratio of carbon dioxide in gas was 10.6%,liquid gas ratio was 21.3,pH was 7.90,the additional amount of the seed was mole percent 5%,the position of alkaline liquor was the inlet of two plates,the alkaline liquor was added directly,and crystal growing process was not necessary. It was found that about87% calcium ions were removed in 70 min under the best experimental conditions and pure products were obtained.
