摘要
目的分析妊娠期糖尿病母亲的新生儿出现早期并发症的情况及母孕期血糖控制水平对早期新生儿血脂水平的影响。方法观察209例诊断妊娠糖尿病母亲的新生儿早期并发症情况,并根据血糖控制情况,分为血糖控制满意组和血糖控制不满意组,比较两组新生儿的血脂水平。结果妊娠糖尿病母亲的新生儿易出现新生儿高胆红素血症、低血糖、感染、巨大儿、新生儿肺透明膜病等并发症,孕母血糖控制满意组与血糖控制不满意组比较,新生儿早期甘油三脂及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平差距无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论母亲患妊娠期糖尿病是新生儿的高危因素,易发生新生儿高胆红素血症、低血糖、感染、巨大儿、新生儿肺透明膜病等早期并发症,孕期血糖控制良好对新生儿早期血脂水平存在影响。
Objective：To analyze early neonatal complications,and the effect of maternal blood glucose control level on blood lipid level in the early stage of newborn infants with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods：209 cases of early neonatal complications of mothers with gestational diabetes mellitus were observed,and the blood glucose control conditions were divided into the ideally control group,not well control group,the blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups. Results：The incidences of hyperbilirubinemia of newborn,hypoglycemia,infection,macrosomia,neonatal hyaline membrane disease with GDM mothers were higher. The difference was statistically significant in triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in newborn infants（P〈0.05）,total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus is a risk factor for neonatal,the incidence of early complications such as hyperbilirubinemia of newborn,hypoglycemia,infection,macrosomia,neonatal hyaline membrane disease was higher,blood glucose control during pregnancy may effect the blood lipid level in the early stage of the newborn.
