摘要
以中心含单个缺陷层的一维光子晶体结构作为研究对象,并取定一维光子晶体结构的总介质层数为5层及结构基本周期层数的折射率(n_2,n_3)=(1.5,2.5),通过传输矩阵法,获得了不同缺陷折射率值下的一维光子晶体结构反射谱;通过数值计算,探讨了缺陷层折射率对一维光子晶体中缺陷带隙特性的影响。
This paper studies one-dimensional photonic crystal structure with a single defect layer, the total dielectric layer of one dimension photonic crystal structure is 5 layers and the refractive index of the basic periodic layers (n2,n3)= (1.5,2.5). The reflection spectra of one-dimensional photonic crystal structures with different refractive index values are obtained through transfer matrix method. Meanwhile, the effect of the refractive index of the defect layer on the defect band gap in one dimensional photonic crystal is investigated by numerical calculation.
