单缺陷位置对一维光子晶体带隙特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在一维光子晶体结构中掺杂单个缺陷层,基本周期层及缺陷层的折射率分别取为(n2,n3)=(1.5,2.5),(n2’,n3’)=(2.0,3.0),介质层数为13层;通过传输矩阵法,获得了光波正入射情形下,掺杂单个缺陷的一维光子晶体的透射谱;分析并讨论了单缺陷层在结构中的位置对一维光子晶体带隙特性的影响。 Single defect was introduced into the one-dimensional photonic crystals (1-D PCs), and the refractive index of the basic cycle layer and the defect layer were (n2, n3)= (1.5, 2.5), (n2,n3)= (2.0, 3.0), the number of the total layers was 13. Under this premise, and in the case of normal incidence, the transmittance spectra of the 1-D PCs with single defect were obtained by characteristic matrix method. The effect of single defect in different location on band gap characteristic of the 1-D PCs was analyzed.
