摘要
目的:分析慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平与骨代谢指标的关系。方法:搜集2014年1月-2016年6月于本院住院的164例CKD患者住院期间检测的PTH、骨代谢指标等临床数据,分析PTH水平与骨代谢指标的关系。结果:无论在透析患者或非透析患者中,随着PTH水平的升高,总I型胶原氨基酸(tPINP)、β-胶原特殊序列(β-CrossLaps)、骨钙素(Ost)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)也随之升高,呈正相关,并且这种相关性较血钙、血磷与骨代谢指标的相关性更好,比较各个骨代谢指标的表达水平在不同PTH水平组间的差异有统计学意义。结论:在CKD患者中PTH水平与骨代谢关系密切,随着CKD患者PTH分泌水平的升高,骨代谢水平也随之活跃。
Objective：To analyze the relation between parathyroid hormone（PTH）levels and bone metabolism indexes of patients with chronic kidney disease（CKD）.Methods：Clinical data such as PTH levels and bone metabolism indexes for 164 CKD patients hospitalized in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were collected,and the relation between PTH levels and bone metabolism indexes was analyzed.Results：For both dialysis patients and non-dialysis patients,with the increase of PTH levels,the tPINP,β-CrossLaps,Ost,and ALP increased as well indicating positive correlation.And this correlation was better than the correlation between blood calcium,blood phosphorus and bone metabolism indexes.The comparison of expression levels of bone metabolism indexes between groups with different PTH levels was of statistical significance.Conclusion：The bone metabolism indexes of CKD patients are closely related to PTH level.With the increase of PTH level of CKD patients,the bone metabolism is active as well.
