摘要
目的分析血清Eotaxin、ICAM-1、ECP及相应细胞因子IL-4、IL-5及IL-9在变应性鼻炎患者中的表达水平,及在不同持续状态下Eotaxin、ICAM-1及ECP的水平差异。方法选取2015年10月-2016年10月本院门诊确诊的AR患者82例为研究组,分为发作间歇组40例及发作持续组42例;另选择同期健康体检者82例为对照组。分析所有研究对象的血清Eotaxin、ICAM-1、ECP及IL-4、IL-5及IL-9水平。结果 AR研究组血清Eotaxin、ICAM-1、ECP及IL-4、IL-5及IL-9水平均高于对照组;间歇组ECP水平显著低于持续组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。间歇组AR患者Eotaxin略高于持续组,ICAM-1低于持续组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Eotaxin、ICAM-1、ECP及IL-4、IL-5及IL-9参与了EOS细胞的趋化、迁移、过程,而不同持续状态下的AR患者,Eotaxin、ICAM-1水平的表达及ECP释放不同。
Objective To analyze the expression of serum Eotaxin, ICAM - 1, ECP and 1L - 4, IL - 5 and IL - 9 in patients with allergic rhinitis( AR), and the levels of Eotaxin, ICAM - 1 and ECP were measured under different AR continuous states. Methods 82 cases patients with AR from October 2015 to October 2016 who were confirmed in our hospital were selected as the study group, they were divided into intermittent group(40 cases) and sustained group(42 cases), 82 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. All subjects were conducted for the analysis of serum Eotaxin, ICAM - 1, ECP and IL - 4, IL - 5 and IL- 9 levels. Results Eotaxin, ICAM -1, ECP, IL -4, IL -5 and IL- 9 in the AR group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group, and the Eotaxin of intermittent group was slightly higher than sustained group, with the difference statistically significant(P 〉0.05). ICAM - 1 was lower than sustained group, the ECP of intermittent group was sig- nificantly lower than that of sustained group, with the difference statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Eotaxin, ICAM - 1, ECP and IL - 4, IL - 5 and IL - 9 are involved in the chemotaxis, migration and process of EOS, and the expression levels of Eotaxin and ICAM - 1, releasing of ECP in different AR continuous states are various.
