摘要
依据《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的精神,在以"培养完整的人为目的,让学生三年内学会一个体育项目、熟练掌握一项体育技能,爱上一项体育运动,并终身享用"的体育课程观指导下,以"健康第一"、"终身体育"为出发点,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法结合本院的实际情况,从课程指导思想、课程目标、课程内容与学习评价等方面构建与实施了"课内外一体化"体育课程模式。经过近年来的实践证明,体育课实施"课内外一体化"课程模式有利于提高学生的体育兴趣,有利于提高学生的运动水平,有利于提高学生的体质健康水平,有利于丰富学生的课余文化生活。
According to the contents of the Outline of Teaching Guidance for the Scholastic Physical Education Curriculum in Common Institutes of Higher Learning in China, under the guidance of the concept of physical education," which is to cultivate a complete human purpose, to enable students to learn a sport in three years, master a sports skill, fall in love with a sport and enjoy life". Taking "health first" and "lifelong sports" as the starting point , By using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews and other research methods combined with the actual situation of the school curriculum, from the guiding ideology, curriculum objectives, construction and implementation of the "class" integration mode of PE curriculum course content and learning evaluation. After years of practice proved that the implementation of physical education "class" integration of curriculum model is helpful to improve the students" interest in sports, exercise is beneficial to improve the level of students, to improve the physical health of students, enrich the students" extracurricular cultural life.
