摘要
本文从"虚假广告"的概念、特点及危害性入手,结合实际情况,阐述了新广告法对虚假广告的约束。同时,文章也对现阶段虚假广告监管工作中面临的困难进行分析,探讨了虚假广告的监管策略。
Starting with the concept, characteristics and harmfulness of "fake advertising ", this paper describes constraints of fake advertising by the new advertising law. Also, this paper analyzes difficulties in the advertising supervision at present, and discusses the supervising strategy of fake advertising.
