摘要
新一轮工业革命席卷全球,互联网的创新成果迅速蔓延并深度融入经济社会各领域。为响应国家"中国制造2025"的号召,无锡市努力打造质量强市的升级版,力争以"无锡制造"助力"中国制造",以"无锡质量"代言"中国质量"。在社会新形势和经济新常态下,无锡市如何顺应"互联网+"的发展趋势,对质量强市战略做出调整,这个命题值得深思。有鉴于此,本文拟以"互联网+质量"为切入点,从先进制造、动态监管、智能服务三个方面探索构建质量工作新格局,以期为无锡实施质量强市战略建言献策。
With the fourth industrial revolution sweeping across the globe, the creation arising from Internet penetratea all fields of economic and social life. To answer the call from the country about ＂Made in China 2025＂, Wuxi is currently implementing an updated version of city development strategy based on quality reinforcement so as to help upgrade ＂Made in China＂ through ＂Made in Wuxi＂, making ＂Quality in Wuxi＂ a best representative of ＂Quality in China＂. Since it still remains a problem as to how Wuxi will adjust its city development strategy according to the trend of ＂Internet＋＂, the thesis which based its argument on an ＂Internet＋ Quality＂ ground tries to approach the problem from the perspectives of advanced manufacturing, dynamic supervision and intelligent service, hoping that the points may serve as a solution to the problem in reality.
