摘要
以马格德堡应用技术大学为例,采用走访师生、听课、进实验室、接触企业、查阅文献等方式,对德国应用技术大学人才培养模式进行了观察与研究,对相关信息作了综合分析,了解了德国应用技术大学人才培养模式的部分现状及优势,并结合国内应用型工科院校的实际状况,做了一定程度的思考,并给出了相关建议。
Taking University of Applied Sciences Magdeburg-Stendal for example, this paper examines and studies the ways of cultivating talents at this university, by visiting teachers and students, attending classes, observing in labs, going to enterprises, and reading literatures. The data drawn from those efforts is then analyzed, which indicates the present state and advantages of the cultivating talents mode of German applied technological universities. Based on China' s actual situation of such universities, this paper proposes some suggestions in this regard.
