摘要
文章以攀枝花学院图书馆志愿者服务的实践为例,指出高校图书馆志愿者服务必须重视与实施以下5个运行机制:招募机制、培训机制、管理机制、激励机制和评估机制,最终形成一套行之有效的长效机制。
This paper takes the volunteering service in the Panzhihua University Library for example, and points out the following five mechanisms that university library volunteering services must highlight and implement, including the recruitment mechanism, the training mechanism, the management mechanism, the motivation mechanism and the evaluation mechanism, which combine to form a system of effective long-term mechanisms.
