摘要
山西省是中国核桃主产区之一,在核桃田间管理、采收和加工方面存在很多问题。文章从品种选择、栽培管理、加工开发3个方面,深入分析了山西省核桃产业技术发展的现状,并提出了发展建议,为山西省核桃产业发展提供参考,促进山西核桃产业的发展。
Shanxi province is one of the main producing area of Shanxi in the country of walnut, walnut field management, there are many problems in harvesting and processing. In this paper, from the perspective of technolo- gy development, from the selection of varieties, cultivation, processing and development of three aspects, in--depth analysis of the current situation of Shanxi province. The development of walnut industry, and puts forward develop- ment suggestions in Shanxi Province, and provide reference for walnut industry development, promote the develop- ment of walnut industry in Shanxi.
