摘要
糖尿病是危害人类健康的主要疾病之一,其慢性并发症会增加糖尿病患者负担和影响预后。随着对糖尿病认识的深入,血糖控制越发重要,如何获取实时动态持续的血糖指标和科学护理成为热点。该文通过对动态血糖监测中的注意事项、操作前、操作中、操作后护理的重点,阐述动态血糖监测的最新研究进展,探讨影响糖尿病患者动态血糖监测的护理因素,为建立系统、规范的科学护理提供依据。
Diabetes mellitus is one of the major diseases that endanger human health, and its chronic complications will increase the burden on patients with diabetes and affect the prognosis.With the deepen understanding of diabetes, control of blood glucose is most important, how to obtain the real-time continuous glucose level and scientific nursing become hot. This article focuses on the matters needing attention during continuous glucose monitoring, and nursing key point during and before ＆ after monitoring, describes the latest research progress in continuous glucose monitoring, and investigates the nursing factors that affect the continuous glucose monitoring in diabetic patients, provides the basis for systematic and standardized management in scientific nursing.
