摘要 高级别胶质瘤呈侵润性生长,具有组织异质性、细胞高密度以及丰富微血管系统的特点,和周围组织边界不清,手术难以完全切除。最近研究表明胶质瘤最大切除范围可改善患者的生存周期,多模态磁共振功能成像技术为胶质瘤术前侵袭性和病理边界判定提供了有益工具,可以优化临床决策。 High grade gliomas (HGG) are invasive growth, with the characteristics of tissue heterogeneity, high cell density and abundance of microvascular system. As the HGG surrounding tissue boundary is not clear, operation is difficult to completely remove. Recent studies have shown that the maximum resection can improve the lifetime of the gliomas patient, multimodality functional MRI has become a new tool of evaluat- ing invasive and pathological boundary of preoperative gliomas patients, and make the optimization of clinical decision making. This article reviewed the relationship between the multimodality functional MRI and the pathological boundary of gliomas.
