Objective To explore the hemostasis effect of methyl carprost suppository plus oxytocin on scaruterus after second cesarean section. Methods 90 cases of scaruterus after second cesarean section from Dec. 2014 to Oct. 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group (n = 45) and observation group (n = 45) randomly. The cases in control group were taken oxytocin and the cases in observation group were taken methyl carprost suppository plus oxytocin. The blood loss during operation and after operation, change of coagulation index during operation and complications were compared. Results The occurrence rate of blood loss after operation in control group was 15.5% and that in observation group was 4.4%. The differences between the two groups were significant (P 〈 0.05 ). The blood loss during operation, 2h after operation and 24h after operation were lower than that in control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ) .The coagulation indexin observation group had more significant advantages than control group (P 〈 0.0.5 ) . There was no significant difference of complications between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Taken methyl carprost suppository plus oxytocin onscaruterus after second cesarean section has between effect and the therapy can reduce the blood loss during operation and after operation with strong security. It is worth applying in clinical medicine.
