摘要
往复式压缩机的气缸冷却效果对压缩机的工作过程和功耗具有较大的影响。为了研究气体与气缸的传热对缸内气体压缩过程的影响,本文建立了一种往复式压缩机的气缸传热模型。该模型考虑了气缸壁面与气体之间的瞬时传热量、活塞的摩擦热对气体压缩过程的影响。通过用现场运行记录数据对模型进行校验,定量研究了传热效果对压缩过程的影响。
The cooling effect of the cylinder of the reciprocating compressor has a great influence on the working process and power consumption of the reciprocating compressor. In order to quantitatively study the influence of heat transfer between gas and cylinder on the gas compression process in the cylinder, a cylinder heat transfer model of a reciprocating compressor is estab-lished. The model considers the instantaneous heat transfer between the cylinder wall and the gas,and the effect of the friction heat of the piston on the gas compression process. By using the field operation record to verify the model, the effect of heat transfer effect on the compression process was quantitatively studied.
