摘要
目的:在两轮德尔菲问卷调查结果基础上,根据中医儿科行业专家对穴位敷贴干预小儿脾虚质的共识为框架,为制定《中医"治未病"标准制订·穴位敷贴干预小儿脾虚质》的指南初稿提供依据。方法:采用德尔菲(Delphi)法,在文献研究基础上编制并进行两轮《穴位敷贴干预小儿脾虚质专家问卷调查》,向全国40位专家发送问卷调查,对两轮问卷结果进行分析与评价。结果:两轮调查问卷收回有效问卷分别为33份和32份,专家积极系数分别为82.5%和80.0%,专家对其中指标意见的集中程度与协调程度较高。结论:专家的积极性较高,分布地区广,具有代表性,《穴位敷贴干预小儿脾虚质》涉及的小儿脾虚质判断标准和临床分型基本得到专家的认可,少数条目需要调整。
Objective： To provides evidence for the formulating TCM Treatment Guidelines for Treatment Guidelines for point application therapy interfering children＇s Spleen deficiency constitution, on the basic of two rounds of Delphi questionnaires, coordination degree of the opinions of the experts in TCM of children＇s Spleen deficiency constitution. Methods： Delphi method was applied.All questionnaires were designed based on the document research and distributed to 40 experts from all over China. The results were analyzed. Results： Totally 33 and 32 valid questionnaires were received respectively. The activity index of the experts was 82.5% and 80.0% respectively.The concentration and coordination degree of the opinions of the experts on this book was obviously high.Conclusion： The experts are from all over China and express the typical opinions of all ex- perts in this field. The items of distribution of characteristics and syndrome in the frame of Treatment Guide- lines for point application therapy interfering children＇s Spleen deficiency constitution are generally recognized, only a few of them need to be adjusted.
