摘要
观察小儿推拿治疗小儿伤食泻症状的效果。选取64例于2021年5月—2022年4月在河南推拿职业学院就诊并接受中医治疗的伤食泻患儿作为研究对象,使用奇偶数交替法分组,对照组32例采取常规中医药物干预方法,观察组32例在常规中医药物干预基础上,增加推拿治疗,比较两组患儿疗效、临床症状消失时间、中医症状积分。经过小儿推拿治疗后,观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间差异明显(P<0.05);观察组患儿退热时间、止泻时间、大便好转时间均比对照组短,组间数据差异明显,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组大便稀溏、嗳气酸臭、舌苔厚腻中医症候积分低于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。研究发现,在小儿伤食泻治疗中,采取小儿推拿治疗措施的效果理想,能缩短患儿退热时间、止泻时间、大便好转时间,有利于降低其中医症候积分,并提升治疗总有效率。
Observe the effect of pediatric massage on the treatment of infantile diarrhea symptoms.64 children with traumatic diarrhea who received traditional Chinese medicine treatment at Henan Vocational College of Tuina from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The odd even alternating method was used to group them.The control group consisted of 32 cases who received conventional traditional Chinese medicine intervention,while the observation group consisted of 32 cases who received additional massage treatment on the basis of conventional traditional Chinese medicine intervention.The therapeutic effects,clinical symptom disappearance time,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the two groups of children were compared.After pediatric massage treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);The observation group had shorter fever relieving time,diarrhea relieving time,and bowel improvement time compared to the control group,with significant differences in data between the groups and statistical significance(P<0.05);The observation group had lower scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as loose stools,sour belching,and thick and greasy tongue coating compared to the control group,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Research has found that in the treatment of infantile diarrhea,the use of pediatric massage treatment measures has an ideal effect,which can shorten the time for fever reduction,diarrhea cessation,and bowel improvement in children,help reduce their traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and improve the overall treatment efficiency.
