摘要
利用选择性培养基分离牛乳中的嗜冷菌,通过形态学特征观察和生理生化试验鉴定分离株,判断分离株为杆菌属和球菌属.根据菌属基因序列设计PCR引物,提取基因组DNA进行PCR快速检测,通过测序比对确定分离株为嗜冷杆菌和腐生葡萄球菌.
Psychrophilic bacteria were isolated from the cow＇s milk by CVT selective medium, and the isolated strains were identified as bacillus and coccus through morphological observation and common physiological and biochemical experiment. It was further identified as Psychrobacter sp. and Saprophyticus sub sp. by PCR rapid detection with primers designed according to gene sequence.
