摘要
通过9根FRP筋/钢筋钢纤维高强混凝土梁的受弯性能试验,研究了钢纤维体积率和FRP筋配筋率对FRP筋钢纤维高强混凝土梁受弯破坏形态及受弯承载力的影响。结果表明,FRP筋钢纤维高强混凝土梁的破坏模式可分为钢纤维混凝土受压破坏、FRP筋受拉破坏以及平衡破坏,其破坏模式受FRP筋配筋率和钢纤维体积率的影响;钢纤维的加入对FRP筋钢纤维高强混凝土梁的受弯承载力有一定提高,但钢纤维体积率的增大对其受弯承载力无显著影响;FRP筋配筋率对于FRP筋钢纤维高强混凝土梁的受弯承载力影响显著,随着FRP筋配筋率的增大梁的受弯承载力逐渐提高。
In order to investigate the influence of steel fiber volume fraction and ratio of FRP bars on failure mode and flexural bearing capacity of high-strength concrete beams reinforced with FRP bars and steel fiber, 9 specimens were cast and tested. The results indicate that there are 3 failure modes of high-strength concrete beams reinforced with FRP bars and steel fiber: concrete crush, FRP bars rupture and balance failure, and the failure mode is related to reinforcement ratio of FRP bars and steel fiber volume fraction. The flexural capacity of high-strength concrete beams reinforced with FRP bars and steel fiber is improved by the addition of steel fiber, but the increase of the volume fraction of steel fiber has no significant influence on the flexural capacity of beams. The bearing capacity of high-strength concrete beams reinforced with FRP bars and steel fiber increases with the increase of the ratio of FRP bars.
