摘要
研究了纤维混凝土改性梁的抗弯性能,通过对不同配筋率和不同PVA纤维掺量的10根2.0m长混凝土梁式构件的试验测试,研究混凝土混合料中加入PVA纤维后的增强与增韧作用效果。研究中对比了纤维含量对配筋混凝土受弯构件(包括零纤维掺量的对比构件)的初裂荷载、极限荷载、韧性和耗能等指标的影响,分析了PVA纤维在控制裂缝宽度以及增强变形性能方面的作用机理。试验研究结果表明,PVA纤维提高了构件的整体变形能力,但是对构件的初裂强度、极限强度影响不大。
Bending performance of fiber-reinforced concrete beam is studied. Through an experimental research on 10 two-meter-length PVA fiber-reinforced concrete beams with different steel ratio and PVA ratio, it aims to discuss whether PVA fiber has an effect on increase of load-bearing and toughness. This paper contrasts the effect of fiber content on the initial cracking load, the ultimate load, the crack width, toughness, energy and etc. and also analyzes the mechanism of PVA fiber to the control of crack width and to the enhancement of distortion ability. The resuits of tests indicate that PVA fiber promotes the ductility of the fiber reinforced concrete beam, but has a week effect on strength increase.
