钡对铅酸蓄电池板栅Pb-Ca-Sn合金的微观组织及性能的影响

Effect of Barium on Microstructure and Performances of Pb-Ca-Sn Alloy for Lead-Acid Battery

摘要 为提高铅酸蓄电池板栅材料性能,在铅钙锡板栅合金中添加碱土元素钡,研究钡含量对板栅的微观组织、力学性能以及电化学性能的影响.采用金相显微、扫描电镜、室温力学性能、线性扫描伏安、塔菲尔曲线、恒电流充电加速腐蚀失重等测试手段,对板栅材料的性能进行了相关表征.实验结果表明:碱土元素钡的添加,促进了铅钙锡合金腐蚀过程中的沉积反应,改善了合金组织的均匀性.随着钡含量的增加,细小的沉淀颗粒逐渐增多且呈均匀分布,合金的强度和硬度得到了提高,同时耐腐蚀性也得到了改善.在本实验中钡的添加量分别为0.01 wt%、0.02 wt%、0.03 wt%,当其添加量为0.03 wt%时,各方面综合性能更优,效果更好(wt%表示质量百分数). In order to improve the performance of lead-acid battery grid alloy,alkaline earth element barium is added into the lead-calcium-tin grid alloy to study the influence of its content on the microstructure,mechanical properties and electrochemical performance. The properties of the grid alloy are characterized by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscopy,room temperature mechanical properties,linear sweep voltammetry,Tafel curves and constant current charging accelerated corrosion weight loss. The results show that the addition of barium can promote the deposition reaction of Pb-Ca-Sn alloy and improve the homogeneity of the grain during the corrosion process. With the increase of barium content,the fine precipitate particles gradually are increased and evenly distributed,the strength and hardness of the alloy are improved,and the corrosion resistance is improved. The amount of barium added in this experiment is 0. 01 wt%,0. 02 wt% and 0. 03 wt%,respectively. When the addition amount is 0. 03 wt%,the comprehensive performance is better and the effect is better.
