摘要
研究了可用作免维护铅蓄电池板栅材料的Pb-Sr及Pb-Sr-As-Sn合金的腐蚀性质.采用线性电位扫描法,测得上述合金在1.3V(vs.Hg/Hg2SO4)时恒电位生长的腐蚀膜中Ph(Ⅱ)化合物量随时间的变化率,并观察温度对此变化率的影响计算了形成上述Pb(Ⅱ)化合物的反应在温度20°~50℃范围内的表观活化能.还比较了Pb-Sr合金和Pb-Ca合金的阳极腐蚀行为.
he corrosion property of Pb-Sr and Pb-Sr-As-Sn alloys,which may be used as grid material for maitenance-free lead acid battery, has been studied.The variation rate of the Pb(II) compound quantity in the corrosion film forned at 1.3 V(vs.Hg/Hg2SO4) has been determined by using the linear potential sweep method.The dependence of this variation rate on temperature has also been determined. The apparent activation energy of the reaction for forming Pb(II) compound at 20~ 50℃ has been calculated out. The anodic corrosion behavior of the Pb-Sr alloy has been compared with that of Pb-Ca alloy.
