摘要
低钠血症是肝硬化较常见的并发症之一,肝硬化患者低钠血症严重程度与其并发症的发生密切相关,低钠血症是肝性脑病、肝肾综合症的独立预测因子,是评估肝硬化预后的一项重要指标。本文将对肝硬化时低钠血症的定义、发病机制、临床特点、预后等最新认识进行简要阐述。
Hyponatremia is one of the common complications of liver cirrhosis whose degree of severity is closely related to the oc- currence of complications. Hyponatremia is an independent predictor for hepatic encephalopathy and hepatorenal syndrome, as well as an important index for evaluating the prognosis of liver cirrhosis. The paper briefly overviews definition, pathogenesis, clinical features and prognosis of hyponatremia in patients with liver cirrhosis.
