摘要
目的探讨心理疏导、精神护理干预护理措施对老年病诱发的抑郁患者的作用。方法选取我院自2013年6月至2016年2月收治的因老年病诱发的抑郁患者126例作为研究对象,依据患者知情自愿原则分为对照组和观察组,两组均63例。对照组给予常规的护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理疏导、精神护理等综合干预措施。干预期间,观察记录两组患者的不良反应,并采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)以及我院自制的满意评分表对护理效果进行评价。结果两组患者在治疗护理期间观察组出现的不良反应有口干、失眠、食欲下降、头晕等症状患者3例,对照组出现7例,不良反应出现例数比较两组差异明显(P<0.05),观察组患者的HAMD、HAMA以及满意度评分表得分均显著高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对因老年病诱发的抑郁患者实施心理疏导、精神护理等综合干预措施能够显著其抑郁情绪,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the effects of psychological counseling and mental nursing intervention on depression induced by senile chronic diseases.Methods A total of 126 patients with depression induced by senile chronic diseases were selected,admitted in our hospital from June 2013 to February 2016.According to the principle of informed consent,they were divided into control group and observation group with 63 cases in each.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given psychological counseling,mental nursing and other comprehensive interventions on the basis of the control group.During the intervention,adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and recorded.The nursing effect was evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD）,Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and self-made satisfaction scale.Results The adverse reactions,such as dry mouth,insomnia,loss of appetite and dizziness,appeared in 3 cases of the observation group,and 7 cases of the control group.The number difference in the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）.The scores of HAMA,HAMA and satisfaction degree of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference was of statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive intervention measures,such as psychological counseling and mental nursing,can significantly improve the depression induced by senile chronic diseases and is worthy of clinical promotion.
