摘要
目的探究血必净治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1月-2016年12月中山市沙溪隆都医院收冶的急性胰腺炎患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均采用奥曲肽和奥美拉唑进行冶疗，观察组在此基础上加用血必净。从临床疗效、化验指标等多方面对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组临床疗效及化验指标等均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血必净对急性胰腺炎具有良好的治疗效果，能够有效缓解患者的腹痛，降低患者的血清炎症因子，改善预后。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods Sixty cases of patients with acute pancreatitis admitted in Longdu Hospital of Shaxi in Zhongshan from January, 2014 to December, 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. Patients of the two groups were all given the treatment of octreotide and omeprazole, and patients in observation group were given Xuebijing additionally. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared in multiple aspects such as clinical efficacy and laboratory indexes. Results The clinical efficacy and laboratory indexes of observation group were all better than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xuebijing has a good therapeutic effect on acute pancreatitis, it can relieve the abdominal pain of patients effectively, decrease serum inflammatory factors and improve the prognosis.
