摘要
为确定甜玉米的最佳食用期和收获期及其收获产量与农艺性状之间的相互关系,以湘农甜玉2号的正常胞质和不育胞质两种类型的甜玉米为材料,分析了甜玉米籽粒在授粉后不同天数可溶性糖含量的变化规律。结果表明:S型湘农甜玉2号和湘农甜玉2号籽粒在授粉后22 d左右时,可溶性糖含量均达到了最大值139.0 mg/g和140.7 mg/g,此时可作为它们的最佳食用期。在授粉后有效积温为394℃、第28天时可进行甜玉米的采收。根据产量和农艺性状等的相关分析得出,两种类型的甜玉米产量之间差异不显著,S型湘农甜玉2号和湘农甜玉2号净穗产量分别为10 694.4、10 277.8 kg/hm^2,两种类型的甜玉米均可用于实际生产。
To identify the best edible period and the harvest time of sweet corn and the relationship between their harvest yield and agronomic traits,Xiangnongtianyu 2 (Normal cytoplasmic) and S - type diamond Xiangnongtianyu 2 (male sterile cytoplasm) were used as experimental material, the change regularity of sweet corn soluble sugar contents at different days after pollination were analyzed. The results showed that the soluble sugar contents reached the maximum at 22 days after pollinated, there were 139. 0 mg/g and 140. 7 mg/g respectively for the two varieties S - type diamond Tianyu 2 and Xiangnongtianyu 2. this time could be used as their best food period. The harvest time for sweet corn could be set at 28 days after pollinated when the effective accumulative temperature reached at 394℃. There was no significant difference between the yields of the two sweet corn types according to the correlation analysis of yield and agronomic traits, their yields were 10 694. 4 kg/hm^2 and 10 277. 8 kg/hm^2 for variety S - type diamond Xiangnongtianyu 2 and Xiangnongtianyu 2 respectively. All of the two sweet corn types could be used in the actual production.
