摘要
在猴头菇液体发酵体系中添加药食同源的大枣、麦芽、枸杞等营养物质,采用正交实验对猴头菇发酵体系中各培养料进行优化,确定了最优的猴头菇液体发酵饮料配方,并对其液体发酵复合物进行了果蝇寿命的影响实验。培养基优化研究确定,最佳培养基配方为:大枣2%、麦芽1%、枸杞1%,玉米粉2%,豆饼粉1%,酵母膏1%,KH_2PO_4 0.1%,MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.05%,V_(B1)0.012%;其菌球鲜重达到47.38 g/mL,且液体发酵复合物提取液组果蝇的最高寿命和平均寿命以及多糖含量显著优于普通发酵培养基组。
Adding jujube, malt and medlar to liquid fermentation system to optimize various substrates by using orthogonal experiment. We experimented with life-span of drosophila melanogaster under in influence of liquid fermentation complex after ascertaining the optimal formula of fermented beverage. The results showed that the optimal of fermentation formula was as follows: jujube 2%, malt 1%, medlar 1%, corn flour 2%, soybean cake powder 1%, yeast cream 1%, KH2PO4 0.1%, MgSO4·7H2O 0.05%, VB1 0.012%; in addition, the fresh weight of hypha was 47.38 g/mL and the liquid fermentation complex group prolonged the average and maximum drosophila life-span, increased polysaccharide content(compare with ordinary fermentation medium group).
