摘要
在超声波辅助条件下使用乙醇对洋葱籽中的皂苷类成分进行了提取研究,通过L9(34)正交实验确定了超声波辅助提取的最佳条件。实验结果表明:四个单因素对总皂苷获得的影响的情况顺序为:乙醇浓度>超声时间>料液比>超声功率;较佳的工艺提取条件为:乙醇浓度100%,超声波功率600 W,超声时间40min,料液比1∶40。
The saponins in onion seed were extracted by ethanol under ultrasonic conaltlOn. I ne opnmum conmnon~ of ultrasonic assisted extraction was determined by L9 (34) orthogonal experiment. The experimental results showed that the order of the effects of four single factors on the total saponins is: ethanol concentration〉 ultrasonic time? liquid / liquid rafio〉 ultrasonic power. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the concentration of eth- anol is 100%; ultrasonic power is 600W; ultrasonic time is 40 rain; ratio of material to liquid is 1:40.
