摘要
用超声波技术辅助提取荆芥叶总黄酮,用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝比色法测定总黄酮含量。通过单因素试验、正交试验、对照试验,确定荆芥叶总黄酮提取的最佳方案为超声功率700W,荆芥质量2.00 g,温度45℃;物料比1∶60,乙醇浓度70%,提取时间15 m in。最后得出荆芥叶总黄酮的最大提取率为1.592%。
The article introuduced the method of extracting total flavone in fineleaf schizonepeta herb by ultrasonic wave, and measure the total flavone content that is 1.703% in fineleaf sehizonepeta herb with colorimetry. The result of orthogonal experiment showed that the optimum reaction condition is. time of extracting 15min, temperature 45℃, alcohol concertration 70%, solid (g) : liquid(mL) = 1 : 60. the reaction is fast and result is satisfied.
