摘要
目的观察心理护理干预在门诊妇科阴道炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年8月~2016年1月我院妇科门诊收治的100例阴道炎患者作为本次的研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组50例患者予以常规护理。观察组在常规护理基础上予以针对性的心理护理干预,根据患者的康复情况对护理效果进行评估,对100例参与研究的患者或家属进行问卷调查,统计调查患者掌握用药知识、遵医行为、负性心理控制及护理满意度等指标,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者遵医行为、掌握用药知识、负性心理控制等均明显高与对照组,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的总有效率为82.0%,观察组患者的总有效率为96.0%,两组患者的总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);予以针对性心理护理干预的观察组50例患者总满意度为98.0%。予以常规护理的对照组50例患者总满意度为80.0%。结论采用全面细致的针对性心理护理干预模式对阴道炎患者进行护理,能有效加强治疗效果,提高患者满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of psychological nursing intervention in gynecological vaginitis nursing. Methods 100 patients with vaginitis admitted to gynecological outpatient department of our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine care. Patients in observation group were treated with targeted psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care. The nursing effect was evaluated according to the rehabilitation condition of the patients. 100 cases of the patients or their families were investigated by questionnaire. The patients were treated with knowledge. Negative psychological control and nursing satisfaction and other indicators were statistical analyzed. Results Following the doctor＇ s behavior, grasp the medication knowledge, negative psychological control in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate was 82.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.0% in the observation group. The total effective rate of the patients was 96.0%, and the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different（P 〈 0.05）. The overall satisfaction rate was 50.0% in 50 patients with routine care. Conclusion The use of comprehensive and detailed psychological care intervention model for patients with vaginitis care can effectively eshance the treatment effect, improve patient satisfaction.
