摘要
目的探讨人性化护理对精神分裂症住院患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院2015年2月~2016年2月收治的120例精神分裂症随机分为两组,对照组接受精神科常规护理,观察组接受人性化护理,比较两组患者简明精神病评定量表评分、健康状况调查问卷评分。结果住院时两组患者BPRS总分及各因子评分均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理三个月后观察组患者BPRS总分及各个因子评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量总分、生理机能、生理职能、生活能力、社会功能、情感等维度评分显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理对精神分裂症住院患者生活质量的影响显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic nursing on quality of life of schizophrenic inpatients. Methods 120 patients with schizophrenia cured in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Patients in control group were treated with psychiatric routine care,and patients in observation group were treated with humanistic nursing.Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale and health status questionnaire of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total score of BPRS and the scores of each factor in hospital,P 〉 0.05.After three months of nursing,the total score of BPRS and the score of each factor in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）.The scores of quality of life （QOL）,physiological function,physiological function,life ability,social function and emotion of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Effect of humanistic nursing on quality of life of schizophrenic inpatients is significant.It is worthy of promotion in clinic.
