摘要
高等院校第二课堂对大学生职业核心能力和专业核心能力的培养,特别是实践运用能力、创新创业能力的提升发挥重要作用。通过活动(项目)产生组织共同体并由此形成稳定的第二课堂文化是校园文化建设的重要组成部分,对大学生职业素质的养成、职业品格塑造具有引育功能。笔者以所在的广东白云学院为例,通过对第二课堂活动实施前后学生创新成果的对照分析,折射大学第二课堂对理论知识体系向实践应用能力转化,对创新和创新能力提升发挥的促进作用。
Second classroom in higher institutions plays an important role in the cultivation of college students" professional core competencies, especially the practice ability and innovative ability. Communities organized by activities (projects) and the stable second classroom culture thus formed are important parts of campus culture construction,having the educational function for the forming of the college students" professional quality and professional character shaping. The author, taking Guangdong Baiyun College as an example, makes a comparison of students" innovative results before and after the implementation of the second classroom activities, reflecting transformation of the theory knowledge in second classroom into practical application ability, which helps to promote innovation and innovative ability.
