摘要
介绍了驴乳的化学成分和理化指标,比较分析了驴乳和牛羊乳及驼乳的主要区别,对生驴乳食品安全地方标准中理化指标提出了具体建议。
This study introduced the chemical compositions and physical-chemical indexes of the donkey milk, analyzed the main difference among donkey milk, cattle milk, sheep milk, camel milk. The concrete suggestions on the physical-chemical indexes of the local food safe- ty standards of raw donkey milk were also provided.
