摘要
为更好地推进高端技术技能人才贯通培养试验项目(简称贯通项目),以北京工业职业技术学院为例,提出一种适合贯通培养项目学生的"四位一体"管理模式,即课堂、宿舍生活、课外生活、家庭生活四位一体的全方面管理模式。该模式的提出为贯通培养项目提供了经验,可以更好地促进贯通培养项目学生的教育与管理。
To better promote the implementation of ＂ Run -through Cultivation Project to Advanced Technical and Skilled Talents＂ （Run -through Cultivation Project）, taking Beijing Polytechnic College as an example, this paper puts forward ＂four in one＂ management model suitable for the students of Run -through Cultivation Project, namely, classroom, dormitory life, extracurricular life, family life are integrated in the overall management. The experience of ＂four in one＂ management model can better promote the education and management of the students of Run -through Cultivation Project.
