摘要
随着我国人口老龄化趋势的日益加剧和"用工荒"问题的出现,我国已经进入后人口红利时代。文章在对人口红利相关研究进行分析的基础上,探讨了人口红利渐失带来的劳动力短缺、人力成本上升及高素质人才争夺加剧等问题,并在此基础上对我国在人口红利渐失背景下企业如何实现人力资源管理创新进行研究。
China's population aging trend is increasing andthe problem of labor shortage is appearing, China has entered the post - demographic dividend era. On the basis of the research on the theory of demographic dividend,this paper discusses the shortage of labor force, the increase of labor cost and the intensification of high - quality talent competition caused by gradually disappeared demographic dividend. Finally,it puts forward how to realize the innovation of human resource management under the background of post - demographic dividend.
