摘要
对数控铣床对刀原理进行分析,研究对刀器的硬件构成,并以VB为开发平台编写自动对刀程序。实践证明:自动对刀可大大减少工件加工的准备时间,提高生产效率,在实际生产中有较高的实用价值。
CNC milling machine tool setting principle was analyzed, the tool aligner hardware was studied, automatic tool setting program was written with VB as the development platform. Practice has proved automatic tool setting can greatly reduce auxiliary time of workpieee processing and enhance work efficiency. It has higher practical value in practical production.
