摘要
中医教育良性发展生态是培养中医杰出人才的基础,杰出中医人才是将中医发扬光大的主力。目前对于中医人才的培养有很多有利措施,中医基础课程师资培养虽被纳入其中,但由于对其在中医发展中的重要性认识不足,尤其对青年教师的培养没有更具针对性的措施,是值得关注和思考的问题。本文从中医基础理论课程在中医人才培养中的重要地位、中医基础理论课程师资培养中的具体要求及目前状态、中医基础理论课程青年师资培养中值得改善的方面进行探讨,以期促进中医教育良性发展生态的构建。
Positive development ecology of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） education is to cultivate outstanding talents of TCM, and the outstanding talents of TCM are the main force which makes TCM to carry forward. Now there are a lot of good measures for the cultivation of the talents of TCM, including the cultivationon the teachers of basic theory of TCM, but its importance in the devel- opment of TCM has not made adequate understandings, especially no more targeted measures for the cultivation of the young teachers, which is worthy of attention and thinking. In this article, it was discussed from the important position of the basic theory of TCM course in the talent cultivation of TCM, the specific requirements and the state aboutthe teachertraining ofthe basic theory courseof TCM, the aspects are worth developing about young teacher training of the basic theory of TCM, in order to promote the establishment about the positive development tecology of TCM education.
