Precision medicine, precise detection and detecting precisely

摘要 随着人类基因测序、生物医学分析技术的进步及大数据分析工具的出现,提出了新的精准医疗的概念。精准医疗在个体化用药、遗传病分析和疾病预测等方面的应用越来越广,并将成为今后疾病诊疗的发展趋势。然而,要实现精准医疗,首先必须做到精准检验,这一需求的不断强化才能推动检验新技术的持续发展。临床实验室是实现精准检验的载体,加强临床实验室的建设,提高实验室的管理水平,做到检验精准,才能为精准医疗提供更加可靠的依据。 With the technology progress of human genome sequencing and biomedical analysis and the emergence of big data analysis tools, the new concept of precision medicine has been put forward. Clinically, the application of precision medicine becomes more and more widely in personalized medicine, genetic disease analysis and disease prediction, etc, which will be the trend of disease diagnosis and treatment in the future, however, precision medicine is based on the precise detection. The requirement of the precise detection promotes the rapid development of new detection methods. Clinical laboratory is the carrier to achieve accurate detection, we need to strengthen the construction of clinical laboratory and improve the management level of the laboratory, so as to achieve accurate detection, to provide a more effective basis for the diagnosis and treatment of precision medicine.
