摘要 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一组长度超过200个核苷酸的非编码RNA,近年研究发现,lncRNA在细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡以及肿瘤的发展过程中发挥重要作用。本文就皮肤癌发生和发展相关的lncRNA及其发挥作用的机制进行综述。 Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a non-coding RNAs (ncRNA), which plays an important role in cells differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis and cancer development.The lncRNAs associated with cutaneum carcinoma were reviewed in this article.
