长链非编码RNA在黑素瘤的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 长链非编码RNA是一类长度超过200个核苷酸的转录本,其突变和失调与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关.目前已发现与黑素瘤相关的长链非编码RNA包括:BRAF基因激活的非编码RNA、HOX反义引物基因间RNA、SPRY4内含子转录物1、Llme23、INK4位点的反义非编码RNA、结直肠肿瘤差异性表达、尿路上皮癌相关基因1、肺腺癌转移相关转录子1.这些长链非编码RNA均在黑素瘤中异常表达,并发现它们可提高黑素瘤细胞的增殖、迁移及侵袭的能力,并促进黑素瘤的转移. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a type of transcript containing more than 200 nucleotides,whose mutation and dysregulation are closely associated with the occurrence and development of tumors.At present,multiple lncRNAs have been found to be associated with melanoma,including BRAF(V-rafmurine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1)-activated non-coding RNA (BANCR),HOX antisense intergenic RNA (HOTAIR),SPRY4 intronic transcript 1 (SPRY4-IT1),Llme23,antisense non-coding RNA in the INK4 locus (ANRIL),colorectal neoplasms difference expression (CRNDE),urothelial carcinoma associated 1 (UCA1),metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (MALAT-1).These lncRNAs,which are abnormally expressed in melanoma,can enhance the proliferation,migration and invasion of melanoma cells,and promote melanoma metastasis.
